Inspired 2 Uplift is a pioneering initiative at MacNeill Secondary that promotes friendships between our Life Skill students and the wider MacNeill Community through a one year buddy program. Our goal for the club is to increase support for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities while also providing them with opportunities to interact with others, receive mentorship, and have fun throughout the school year, while also educating and raising awareness about disability-related issues among the younger generation. We're a movement built by youth, for youth, transforming empathy into action, and creating a more inclusive world, chapter by chapter, student by student.
